Charity Checkout is an award-winning social business and leader in online fundraising. Through their world-class digital fundraising tools and expertise, they have helped charities raise over £15 million, making them the perfect partner for the Big Give.

The transition to Charity Checkout will not mean an increase in processing fees, which will remain at 4% on each donation made via the Big Give and on Gift Aid claimed. The services, people and technology funded by this small fee ensure donations and our users’ information is handled responsibly, securely and in line with best practice. This allows charities to have more time to focus on the things that matter most – finding ways to engage with new and existing donors and raising even more money and awareness of their cause.

If you are a charity registered on the Big Give, you will soon need to login to your account and register or re-register your bank details with Charity Checkout in order to receive donations made via our website. We will be in touch with more information in due course. 

Our current payments processor, Charities Trust, will continue to process donations until 31st March 2018.
