Donation fee explained

All donations (including Gift Aid) made on the Big Give website are subject to a 4% fee. This fee is charged by our payments processor, Charities Trust, a registered charity (No: 327489). The services, people and technology funded by this small fee provides an efficient and secure way to handle the processing of donations and information.  This allows charities to have more time to focus on the things that matter most – finding ways to engage with new and existing donors and raising even more money and awareness of their cause.
