The Baring Foundation’s report on the Partnerships for Development Forum offers an insight into private philanthropic funding, especially surrounding long-standing challenges of poverty and underdevelopment.

The Forum also looked at the growing impact of climate change and access to energy, and the response to complex emergencies, fragile states and postconflict.
