Mercy Ships is an international, faith based charity that combines the resources of a state-of-the-art hospital ship with land based capacity building expertise. We work with the forgotten poor - the most vulnerable people in the poorest nations - to deliver health care and development projects.
Since 1978, our teams of volunteer professionals have helped to improve the lives and independence of more than 2.16 million direct beneficiaries, regardless of race or creed.
