Breast Cancer Care

Mission Statement

Breast Cancer Care aims to ensure that anyone affected by breast cancer has access to the best possible standards of support, treatment and care. We are the UK’s leading provider of information and support services for anyone affected by breast cancer.

Nearly 46,000 people including some 300 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. Add this to the half a million people who are living with breast cancer and it gives some idea of the enormous ongoing need for Breast Cancer Care's services.

Last year our services benefited over 42,000 people and we distributed over a million specialist publications, all completely free of charge. Volunteers are at the heart of everything that we do and we actively involve users in the development of our services. We are determined that anyone affected by breast cancer should have access to the best possible standards of treatment and care.
