There has probably never been a more important time for environmental education. Never before has responsibility for the planet’s future rested so heavily on the shoulders of a generation.The Young People's Trust for the Environment aims to encourage young people's understanding of the natural world and of the need for sustainability. We do this by providing a range of services to schools and young people, most of which are free of charge.
Our services include a free information service for young people; free talks in schools; free publications for teachers in our 6,000 member schools; residential courses and holidays for school groups and individual young people; environmental competitions and award schemes. All of these services are greatly valued by young people and schools, and all of them need your support to ensure their continuation.
