CAFOD

Mission Statement

CAFOD is the official overseas development and relief agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales and a member of the global Caritas International network of 162 relief and development organisations.
CAFOD's mission is to promote human development and social justice in witness to Christian faith and Gospel values. CAFOD works primarily through local partner organisations, enabling them to be proactive in poverty eradication and in strengthening civil society. Project beneficiaries include people of all faiths and none.
