The National Railway Museum (NRM) is the largest railway museum in the world & the most visited museum within the UK outside of London.
Our vision for the future:
We want every visitor, whatever their age, to go away from their visit to the Museum with a new understanding of the railways.
We want to create a world class Museum where people from all walks of life will choose to explore how railways help shape our world.
Our mission is to: offer activities and experiences through our Railway Theme which will help people to:
• Understand their heritage
• Find knowledge for themselves
• Have a say in the issues that shape their future
