Mission Statement

We believe in 'Archaeology for All'!

The CBA represents the community voice of individuals and groups with an interest in, and passion for, archaeology and heritage. The CBA works to safeguard and promote the UK’s archaeological inheritance through helping individuals of all ages gain knowledge and experience of archaeology (through British Archaeology magazine, Young Archaeologist magazine and CBA publications), Parliamentary working groups, advocacy with education providers, Listed Building monitoring, and informal education, amongst many other areas.
