The Day Centre is intended for elderly, alert housebound people especially people from rural areas who may feel more excluded from main steam activities and community involvement than their urban counterparts. Our aim is to deliver a preventitaive service that reduces isolation and helps support peoples aspirations for independence and greater control over their own life. By helping to promote independence in a practical way, can prevent or slow down the need for premature addmission into residential or nursing care and help people remain with dignity in their own homes for longer.
