TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF UNEMPLOYED PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO ACQUIRE OR DEVELOP VOCATIONAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS WITH A VIEW TO GAINING EMPLOYMENT AND IN PARTICULAR THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN BUSINESS STUDIES.
